Airbag recall. I approached and sat down with salesmen Roy Faulkner. Discussed my needs in a vehicle with him. He took the time to explain the changes in the Jeep Wranglers since I had purchased my last Wrangler in 2014. I was amazed in the improvements in the Jeep. Roy is a down to earth salesmen that knew his product. Made me feel confident in my choice. Went in for a recall, drove out a "Happy Camper" in my new 2018 Jeep Wrangler.
