Very helpful Asked the service writer for assistance in reference to a gps update and when I got the car back he had found the website and written down the radio navigation identification number for me. All I needed to do was go to the site and get it entered.

New Car Purchase The sales staff helped find a suitable car for us. Pete and Gennaro are very knowledgeable and were very helpful in setting up the Bluetooth for the phone connection. The features of the car were explained to us. The bathrooms are very clean as is the rest of the dealership. Eric Dugas the Business Manager worked on getting us a loan we could handle.

Overall a 4 out of five for the explained reason. The sales experience want well. The van had a dead cell battery that wasn't known till the next morning. The service dept seemed overwhelmed and took 2 hours to replace the battery. I guess I thought since i just bought it the day before they might have been able to get it in sooner...

Friendly people The only improvement would be more comfortable seating in the customer waiting area. Everything else was great. Was a bit apprehensive as I am from out of state and put my faith in this dealership's service department. If needed, I will go back.
