Quick and courteous. My service was quick and courteous and the service rep, Steve, was friendly and helpful. I waited in a comfortable customer lounge and had a good cup of coffee and a donut, compliments of the dealership. My service visit was prompt. All in all, I was pleased with this experience at Ferman’s sevice department.

Paint repair I purchased a 2017 Chevy Camaro two weeks ago, at the time of purchase there was a scratch that needed to be repaired. The morning of the repair, I arrived at 8:30 and there were not any loaner cars available on the lot at that time. Roy Faulkner , my salesman offered me to use his own car for the day so I could make it to work. A wonderful gesture on his part so my day wasn't interrupted.
