Time Was Although I was not happy with the price of a new key for my 2005 Jeep Liberty; I was impressed at the wsolving the problem. It seems I had a bad key. Why, I do not know. it was good before getting a new ignition switch. In any event, it seems the mechanic found the problem that deterred a new key fronm bein gmade. It seems that If something goes wrong with a key, the vehicle takews it that someone is trying to steal it. Thereby shutting down it's use. Also a new key can not be programmed. By far the best Jeep buying experience! If you want a Dealer that will go that extra mile then you might as well stop your shopping and head over to NewPort Richey CDJ! I was not sure which Jeep to go with so I went back 4 separate occasions and taking hours of Genaro’s time and yet it never seemed to bother him. What the dealer does not know is the day I purchased my Jeep I went to 4 other Jeep stores and no one even came out to greet me or ask if I needed anything.
