Willing to make customer satisfied I was looking to trade in a GM product and was looking at another one which was a GMC. I stopped in Fernando and looked at the Ram and after talking to salesman and manager and in a rush came back next day. I dealt with another salesman which was helpful with my questions. I bought the Ram and my original salesman Peter helped me through the process of the trade in and getting what I wanted on my new Ram. Thank you for being understanding and helpful.

Oil change and inspection Becky gets a 10. Very pleasant and respectful. Appointment was right on time. Only waited 45 minutes for the job to be completed. The 10 says it all.

Dodge Durango Service I brought my 2011 Dodge Durango in for an oil change. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Service was quick and thurogh. I’m very satisfied.

recall I had 2 recalls They also did a multipoint inspection. They found my air filter needed to be replaced. I had them replace it for a installed cost of $38.

Courteous I have always been skeptical about getting a domestic vehicle worked on because I would be out of a vehicle, if repairs were going to take more than 24 hours. The team listened to my concerns, flexible with my schedule and assisted me with getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. I am a believer that this dealership is doing everything right!
