Trustworthy, professional, and quick! I was definitely a little hesitant buying a car from here at first, simply because I have had awful luck with cars... I bought an 09 Sonata from this dealership a week ago and I have to say, I’m more excited now than I was when I first bought it hahah. It’s really a perfect car, runs practically new. Friendly and efficient, I've had my RAM 1500 in a couple times at Ferman Chrysler Jeep RAM of New Port Richey for minor warranty and recall issues. Each visit was easy to schedule, efficiently handled from check in to pick up, and met with assistance from friendly and helpful staff at each step of the process. Based on my positive experiences with them, they will be my first call when the truck needs service or repairs.

Ferman customer service The customer service I receive every time I go into Ferman Dodge is amazing!! They always give me an estimated time on how long the service will take and every time they are done sooner than expected! Becky is so friendly and helpful in customer service!! And Steve is very knowledgeable in vehicle issues or recalls!! The pricing on the services I have received are very affordable as well. I would definitely recommend Ferman Dodge and their team anytime!

Service. Oil change I have been going to Ferman for all my service calls. The waiting room is comfortable and nothing like having a doughnut while you wait. The people at Ferman are very nice.

Great place Everyone one is very nice and service was good.. they were able to work with my schedule. I was there twice in just a few days for 2 different issues. First one was a little longer than expected, but they were very apologetic and did their best. The second was quick and easy.
