Service Department Jason went above and beyond to make sure I had a loaner car while my ac was being repaired. They let me know when parts had arrived and told me what they needed to fix it. Jason was very kind and courteous.

Great Experience!!!! Adam Rugg was outstanding in helping us with the purchase of our two vehicles!!! I was actually looking at a different dealer for my car until he showed me a 2017 Jeep Renegade Limited.. that was all it took!!! My husband fell in love with the 2009 Nissan Fairlady Z so two cars were taking care of immediately. Eric Dugas made all the paperwork and signing quick and easy.. (totally appreciated!!) A No Appointment Drive In The Service Team at Ferman CJDR go out of their way to meet the customers needs and are very attentive as you explain the issues you are having. I arrived to the service department late in the afternoon with a request for an additional key for my JK, the parts tech looked up my year and model and said "yes I have it in stock" and with that the service tech had my vehicle in and out within an hour. Great customer service, and quality.
