transmission service 8/15/18 I brought my Chrysler Sebring in to replace the shifter cable linkage that broke away from the transmission. Jamie Kissinger was excellent.. as was the rest of the service dept. Jamie kept on top of the progress from Chrysler parts on the back order for the cable and kept me informed. Once the cable was received it was installed within a day.. along with some other issues that needed attention..and I was off and running. As always...excellent service from Ferman.

Service Jason was great, good communication and attentive. I was very pleased with the customer service. My Jeep is under warranty so it was regular service with tire rotation. I did and still have a noise that comes from my center console when driving and resting your arm or elbow in it. Jason made every attempt with the service staff to get it resolved but unfortunately it’s still there. Would love if someone could recommend how to fix this??
