I was having an electrical issue with my Ram 2500 and though Brought truck to dealership without an appointment very late in the day. Jamie came out himself and looked at my vehicle and told me it didn’t appear that it was struck by lightning. He asked if I could leave it but unfortunately it’s my work vehicle and since it would start he told me to just bring without appointment at my earliest convenience. I did so two days later and he took it immediately and I was back on road in 90 minuets. Good job!

Routine Oil Change Waited for my car as I had an appointment. Usually prepared to spend an hour. Given a print out of what needs to be attended to next visit. If you have questions they gladly help you understand.

Best experience at a dealership Everyone is helpful when you have good credit. The test comes when you don't have good credit but have a good income and it takes more of an effort to help get a vehicle. Tommy and Eric were very helpful and showed lots of patience getting me into my car. I will be back once I pay off my car and buy a truck.

They always go out of their way to please I have purchased two vehicles from Adam and the service department is great. I always say the sales department sells the first vehicle and the service department sells the second one.

Absolutely awesome dealership I don’t with this dealership completely over the phone because I live six hours away from it they were the only dealership that will tell me the truth I’m buying a car that I was wanting for you give me an absolutely awesome deal and have everything handled over the phone so that when I arrived it was an easy process to pick up my new vehicle and trade in my own vehicle I would highly recommend them and Tina the sales agent that I dealt with on the phone to anyone looking for a new Chrysler Fiat... read more

Oil changed friendly personal. Service personal was very polite. Jamie advised me of how often oil should be changed. Made me aware of service plan i have. When i recieved my care back it was clean.
