Quick and Professional Quick, professional and competent. I had to bring my vehicle in as part of a recall. Also had to have a part replaced. It wasn’t in stock but it was ordered for me and a new appointment has been sch dukes to have it installed.

Ken was very helpful in helping me pick out the right car. This is the second car that i have leased from Ferman's, they make the process very timely. Ken did all he could to make it hassle free, I was very happy that Ken was there to help me.
Couldn't be happier I have been to several dealerships in the past 3 months and in the Bay area trying to get out of a lease with over mileage and into a 2019 new lease.
