Text Book Perfect ! Called for appointment on a recall notice. Was given an 11:00 appointment time. Recall notice stated service would take about an hour. Arrived 10:30. Steve Brawer was Service Representative. I asked if they were not busy, could they also do an oil change. Steve said no problem, will do. Due to my additional request, I anticipated additional time. Slow but necessary due to part accessibility. Steve kept me updated to progress of the job and anticipated completion date. The job was complex however my Town and Country is now running smoothly with cold air from air conditioning. Necessary for Florida in July.
