Thank You Steve Brawer I went into the service dept and spoke with Steve Brawer. I told him I felt I needed front brakes as the pads looked thin. He advised he would have an inspection of the brakes performed first. A short while later he returned with pictures on his phone of my brakes. He advised me that the pads were within specs and no brake work needed at this time. I can not thank Steve enough for his honesty and integrity. quick and efficient appointment was made by phone, I arrived pretty much on time, greeted by the service guys. Jason wrote me up and explained what was going to be done. then he called when completed and ready for pick up. One recall could not be done due to lack of parts but he assured me that I would be notified when available. A bit of bummer that I will have to return for that recall but no other choice.
