Great and smooth experience!!! Oleg and the rest of the team were great! Oleg knew the vehicles I was interested in extremely well, he answered every question off the top of his head as I came up with them. Solid as always. Service Advisor Jason Logue and I met some weeks ago to plan a strategy to address some issues with my 2007 Commander, which I purchased from Ferman Jeep in 2008. We prioritized the work and then -- over the course of three visits -- got the work done, When I needed a ride home during one of those visits, Jason set it up. I appreciated his professionalism and help during the entire process. Plus, the Jeep drives better than ever.

Fixed our leak We bought a certified used 2017 Jeep from Ferman. Turned out the roof leaked. Service identified and fixed the problem and now we are good to go!

Amazing! Both Tommy and Eric were wonderful! They were willing to work with me and fiancé on the price.
