Great experience Great Dealership! Oleg is the best sales person I’ve ever known. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpfully inquisitive vs high pressure. Their service department is great too. My antenna broke on my new Jeep Compass so I brought it in and Jamie was great. The service team knocked it out in less than an hour. Finally I had a problem with my financing and Robert met with me on short notice and resolved my problem quickly. Great experience!

Service personnel were good but service time excessive. I was scheduled for 8am for oil & filter change was told it should not take long. After 2 hours I went to the service desk to ask if there was a problem and Steve said it should be there soon. Normally this procedure takes less than an hour with an appointment so I felt it was excessive. Steve apologized but had I known I would have taken the shuttle home and came back later. I have always given you 5 star ratings but had to drop down somewhat this time.

Exceeds expectations Service advisor Jamie is knowledgeable, helpful, and was understanding of the problem I was having with my truck. The problem was intermittent, but he had a tech ride along, and the tech corrected the issue.

oil change Jason was very professional and courteous for the service and, while waiting we purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Tina Robinson. We have bought several vehicles from Ferman but always go back to Tina for the sale.
