Oil Change/Tire Rotation Received great service as always! I was able to use a coupon that saved me some money as well. They allowed me to drop car off earlier than my appointment time and car was completed earlier./

Great Customer Service Jamie provided awesome customer service. He was empathic to expense of my repair and provided alternative methods to repairing my car. I feel that I was treated fairly and that my business was appreciated.

A good car buying experience We started talking to dealerships in march of 2018 was looking at used jeep wrangler JK four doors 2013 and up around 25,000. Came very close to buying one that Joseph Vega then the next day Dennis Mousouris work with us on but my wife and I couldn't bring yourself s to spend 25,000 on a jeep with high miles out of warranty . Jeep review I had a great experience from start to finish. My sales rep Joseph was the reason I chose this dealership. Super knowledgeable but not pushy. He walked around with me for an hour showing me different models until I found the perfect one. Then once I found it (after much deliberation on my part) he stayed with me long after his shift ended just to take a picture and see me off.

Service They got my car right in the customer waiting areas are very nice and even the bench seats outside is nice too. All of the staff in service are very nice and friendly.

AMAZING I can’t begin to express my gratitude I have for Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port Richey. I went in on Saturday 04/28 on the verge of a breakdown. I had previously call another Ferman Chrysler location a few weeks prior and was told my vehicle was no longer under warranty. This was like a bullet to the heart because I have only had the vehicle a 1 1/2 and my window regulator had broken. I am an active military spouse whose husband is on deployment.
