Top Notch Service I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received at Ferman CJDR-NPR during my service visit. Mr. Steve Brawer handled the transaction for me. I found him to be courteous, professional, efficient, and very thorough in explaining what service was performed as well as what areas for me to keep an eye on. The service was completed in a timely manner, as Steve promised and was done to my complete satisfaction. This is THE place for service, and Steve is THE man to see.

Great experience! We got a Jeep Wrangler ! My husband has had a jeep on his mind for months. His issue was he was currently in a lease somewhere else and still had over a year of payments left. He thought it was impossible to switch over to his dream jeep, so almost gave up hope. Yesterday though, he thought let's just go in and get a ride and see if we can work something out. Absolutely wonderful I would recommend everyone and anyone to come in , out of the 10 dealerships I hit Joseph At New Port Richie Ferman was thee only car sales men to take the time to answer every question I had with out getting annoyed my son was running around or fussing. Jeep Renegade oil change 04/25/2018 Oil change accomplished in a timely manner while I waited. Jason was efficient and informative. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. I was able to read without distractions.

Great Customer Satisfaction Making the appt. for service was very easy. They were all ready for me when I brought my truck in for the scheduled service. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. They called me when my truck was completed for pick up, which was earlier than the original estimated completion time. Overall, very pleased with the quality of the service and the personal touch they provided.

Oil change Disappointed that I had to drive back here ( from Spring Hill) bc the tech didn’t put my drain plug on correctly. Wasted my time . However Jason was awesome and kept apologizing for the techs error. You all should include car washes for free like Kia and Hyundai do. Jason is the guy who wrote up my ticket
