Great experience! We went car shopping on a Sunday for my daughters first car. We didn’t plan on buying anything, we just wanted to look. Ferman was our first stop and turned out to be our only stop. Our salesman ( Adam ) just happened to be standing by the car we were interested in and helped us with everything. After a few hours we were driving it home. Thanks to Adam and Ferman for helping our family with no hassles on a Sunday.

Professional, courteous, helpful, Originally came for a parts price quote. Then looked at a few jeeps and was approached by a salesman Tarek. Very helpful and professional. Exchanged a few helpful phone calls and returned for a test drive when we were introduced to Brandon. Again a very knowledgeable and professional rep. The rest is history. Ferman Service Dept Thank you to the service department for checking my jeep when I thought the squirrel had returned and might have done more damage under the hood. I was in and out within one hour. Thank you. I was so happy to find in the waiting room, a cubicle where i could sit down and plug my computer and printer in and do work while I was waiting. The donuts were fresh and the coffee was great. All the staff were very helpful. I will be back soon, for routine check up and maintenance. Karen
