Good experience. We purchased a new Chrysler Pacifica. When we went to the dealership we were thinking we wanted a Dodge Caravan, thinking the Chrysler Pacifica was more money. Our salesman showed us the Pacifica and that it was close to the same price as the Caravan. He offered a test drive which we did. All in all we had a good experience.

Great experience Ken was very helpful in finding an alternative to the car I really wanted. It didn’t work out with one vehicle but he made having to find a different option a pleasant experience. Not to mention any issue we needed solved with the car before we left he made sure got fixed.
