Got Exactly What I Wanted I came into the dealership looking for a car - knowing sort of what I was looking for - but definitely knowing what I wanted to spend and what I needed my monthly payment to be. Warranty replacement for my side door. I called the service number for my van and had a service appointment for the same day. My van was repaired in hours and I was shuttled to and from the dealership. I was very pleased with the results and the whole experience.

Fantastic Experience! I had two recalls to be fixed on my car. The repairs that were supposed to take 4 hours only took 2. The staff was fantastic (especially Jamie). The waiting area is also wonderful with donuts, coffee, soda, and a game system for my son to play with. We will definitely be back for any repairs or maintenance needed.

Customer Service = A+ I came in for an oil change and the staff was friendly and courteous from start to finish and all those that walked by as I stood around outside looking impatient and bored, still greeted me with a smile and a hello. Apparently, I had an open recall on my vehicle that needed to be addressed and my impatience was for not! Lol I had a great experience and would recommend Ferman CDJR to anyone.

Fantastic service! Came in for an oil change and rotate. Scheduling was easy. The price was good. They even fixed a small warranty issue on the truck that I didn't think would be enough time for. Everything was done quickly and the communication from Becky was perfect. Great customer service!
