Fantastic The first visit i walked in and just wanted information about Jeeps in general. Joseph spent at least an hour of his time walking me around the lot and explains all the details. There were a lot of details because I came in knowing nothing. He was patient and informative. My wife and i came back the next day for a test drive and fell in love. Got just what I wanted. Had a great buying experience here at Ferman. Would recommend them to anyone. I was looking for a specific car in a specific color in a very specific price range. They got me what I asked for. My only complaint and reason for not giving 5 stars is that I was promised a $50 gift card for my visit to their showroom that I asked about twice and never received.

No pressure Everyone that I encountered at Ferman was very friendly. Oleg took the time to listen for what I was looking for and recommended a challenger. Very helpful So I normally stay away from car buying because of how much of a hassle it is and the pressure that are usually given by dealers. Chris and the other employees of the dealership were extremely helpful and made the process so much less painful. I was having some issues with the bank and paperwork, and they were very understanding and willing to work with me and help out. Great experience there.

First Class First class dealership with courteous and friendly employees throughout the entire vehicle purchase.
