Happy customer I had a great experience when I took my truck in for a recall. The technician was very nice and helpful. He stayed in contact with me by text message, and I ended up with a tire rotation too, which my husband was happy not to have to do!

Best buying experience! This was by far the best car buying experience! I went to 9 dealerships and was told anything to get you in. They try to sell you something you don't want with extras you don't need. Walking in Ferman was like a breath of fresh air! The staff was so cheerful and we were greeted by just about everyone! Joe Vega was honest and extremely helpful. He was quick to find us exactly what we wanted and needed. He got our payments right where we wanted them! Excellent car buying experience! I was in the market for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk and had visited several dealerships over a 4 week period.
