Excellent service I bought a used car from Ferman. My sales person Tracy was very helpful and not pushy at all. She was very good at answering all of my questions. Not too long ago I took it in to be serviced and the service person Steven Brawer was awesome. They had to keep it for a few days to fix the problem, and he kept me informed through the whole process . Very polite and friendly people that work at Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Best I’ve ever had!! Brandon was the absolute best. He stayed almost 2 hours after they closed to make sure that I was satisfied and left with a car I really wanted and was best for me. He worked with what I could do and Test drove both with me. He wasn’t pushing for the more expensive car, he was pushing for whatever made me happy. Love our new car! Oleg Mitu and the rest of the tesm were a pleasure to work with. It started with a super helpful, no pressure, sales experience with Oleg, and ended with an amazing deal, and my wife and i going home with the car of our dreams. Exceptional service! Very courteous and professional staff in all roles. Mark, Tina, and Scott went above and beyond to make our experience great. They were friendly and informative.
