Great dealership and staff !! Stopped in to view a car that we had seen on line, the write up sounded like the car that we were looking for. We met Tarek soon after arriving and ask for information on the vehicle, he was very nice to work with and provided all of the information and details on the car. Tarek and the staff made the purchase very easy, even for an out of state purchaser.

Happy with my purchase I bought a 2018 Jeep limited February 26 2018 my salesman was ken Levicky he is Awesome , kind , helpful and goes out of his way . Will tell everyone I know about him . If your looking for a car ask for ken Levicky !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Responsive and knowledgeable without pressure Chris was great to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable about Jeeps and the sales process but what i appreciated the most was when I asked a question he did not know the answer to or didn’t feel comfortable answering, he said “I don’t know but I’ll go find out” and he did just that.

An unfortunate situation turned around! We had been looking for a 2018 Dodge Durango with specific options in a certain price range for 3 months and were looking at having to order one from the factory which could have taken up to 10 weeks. Jason Louge works with you I have been totally disappointed in the past and refrained from coming back. I felt I did not get the service I wanted. Now, Jason Louge seemed to go out of his way to give me the service i expect and has said he will work with me on the things that I had issues with in the past! Excellent and professional service I had an appointment at 9:30 a.m. and the Service Tech Steve took my vehicle in right on time. He was courteous and professional and told me I was entitled to free tire rotation which I was not aware of. He directed me to the customer lounge where I waited in comfort while having a coffee and doughnut. Within 35 minutes Steve came and got me and had me sign the work sheet and I was on my way. Very fast service and very professional and caring staff.

Easy no pressure experience After two days of car shopping I came into Ferman New Port Richey and was introduced to Tarek Kassem. From the first moment he put me at ease. He was personable, knowledgeable and wasn't pushy or overbearing. He answered all my questions and really seemed to want to know what I was looking for and never tried to upsell me.
