service department -- excellent experience The issue with my chrysler sebring was diagnosed quickly. It required replacing the alternator. The alternator was not in Furman's inventory. My service advisor, jamie, went out of his way to find the alternator in inventory`at another chrysler dealer. Rather than having my car back the next day, it was fixed and ready the same day... all under warrenty. I heartily endorse the work done by Furman and would recommend them for any type of service. better then normal You tell then what you need done and they don't pressure you to get something else done , The only thing it took a while but they checked everything . I know when I left everything was safe. GREAT

Quick service I recently purchased a used car from this dealership. I was immediately greeted by Chris Muniz. Chris was able to answer all of my questions and I never felt that I was being pressured. We test drove the car agreed on a price and I was in and out of the dealership in a couple of hours. Excellent job by all. I would recommend Chris and return to by another car from him. Pete
