Best car buying experience ever. I just bought a 2017 Jeep Compass from Ken at Ferman. It really was the best experience. He was so patient and helpful. He stayed with us for hours even after it was the end of his shift just to make sure we were 110% satisfied. He really goes above and beyond any other car salesman that I have ever met. I am going to be telling everyone looking for a car to go see him.

Excellent service!!! I would like to thank Tina @ ferman for help in purchasing my new jeep. She was very professional, friendly & thorough. Also, finance manager, Scott Poth, was very helpful in figuring out my payments and staying in a budget I can afford. The staff at ferman went above and beyond, and I will definitely be back when I need a new vehicle! Thanks guys...YOU ALL WERE AWESOME!!

Polite, informative and helpful Chris was extremely helpful with us while going through the process of buying our jeep. He was extremely professional while being polite and easy to talk to. I would recommend Chris for anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

Good Service The service received was very good. The waiting area was nice. Waiting time was what one would consider for the work that I had done. I can not say that everything was exceptional because the service provided is what I have come to expect from Ferman.

Jamie Kissinger Rocks! Jamie Kissinger always takes care of me when I bring my jeep. he's honest and takes great care in making sure all my needs are met I don't feel I pay an exorbitant rate for service and sometimes things are fixed without cost I truly appreciate that!

So glad we went here My husband and I leased a new Nissan Rogue a year and a half ago for my new car. Now it is time for my husband to trade in his 10 year old car and get a new one for himself. Unfortunately after purchasing out new Nissan in Wesley Chapel , out return maintenance visits for oil change etc. was never pleasant. Their customer care and service was lacking. Excellent experience. First time I enjoyed buying a vehicle Excellent experience with Joseph Vega and Scott Poth. Joseph was our sales rep, found what we needed/more than what we wanted and met our budget. A lot of fun bantering back and forth and we never felt like we were being "sold".
