A great place to purchase a new Ram truck! Our experience at Ferman Ram Chrysler Jeep was terrific, primarily because of the skill, knowledge and demeanor of our sales person, Ken Levicky. Ken treated us like family and we worked very hard to get a good deal. Ken's knowledge of the Ram series trucks is amazing and he was patient and dedicated to us feeling we got the best deal possible. Very easy buying process with no pressure Ken was great. Arrived only an hour before closing time on a sunday. I knew what car i wanted to look at and ken showed me it and answered my questions. But he also gave me some space and time to check it out on my own. I ended up buying the car and even tho i was there well after closing time both ken and his team never complained and just made sure i was comfortable. Thanks. I got the car i wanted.
