Very friendly and accommodating. Delivery detail was less than satisfactory. Staff used way too much interior protectant/shine on the floor mats. I had to wipe the excess off with a rag before I drove home.

Joseph was the best salesman I’ve every experienced buying a vehicle from. He wasn’t a vulture.. when we arrived he was there waiting for us already, he introduced himself very professionally and got right to business. If something didn’t work out for you, he wouldn’t leave you hanging he would go right back to business and find something you love even more. There wasn’t no annoying xx going back and forth, he came with the answer you wanted right from the start. Overall 10/10 !!

I normally don’t leave reviews but the people at Fermans CJDR are absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough good things about them. Dennis, Jordyn, Walter and Joseph were all incredible.
