I was in a hurry to get my truck. Joseph made time for me even though he was helping other guest. Made the process seamless. Joseph is the reason I make the hour and a half journey to NPR. My fourth purchase with him. The F&I manager was also great to work with. Stayed late to finish our deal and had us out of there in record time.
