I was hesitant at first because I've had a few negative dealer experiences, but my entire experience with Ferman New Port Richey was overall very straight forward and pleasant. I saw an ad on fb and was quickly contacted by the internet department, who lined me up with Will. Will was patient, outgoing, and a fair negotiator. This was an out of state purchase for me and it couldn't have gone any better. Dylan was great and on top of things making me comfortable with my purchase and Scott was exceptional in finance making sure everything was promptly and properly completed so my transport company can come in for the car.
