Battery Light Came On I was driving near my Ferman dealership in Wesley Chapel when my battery light came on, whipped into the dealership, My service Rep Anthony Cagley was there, got me checked in... diagnosed.. repaired and out the door in about an hour. This was a Saturday at about 11:45 AM... This could've ruined my day, but thanks to Anthony and the service staff it was just a hiccup...

Best service department ever I have dealt with many dealers over the years and i have always left feeling like i was ripped off in some way. this is the first time i have ever had the "Pleasure" of dealing with a dealership service department that literally not only made me feel as if I got away with something but they made me feel as if they had already known me for years and this was my first time there.
