Great car great service I purchased a car 'sight unseen' from Miguel at Ferman. He was very easy to deal with and I felt that I could trust him. Miguel was quick to respond to every text question I had and quick to resolve any of my concerns I would highly recommend using Ferman .....I will use them on our next purchase and will definitely work with Miguel.

Above and beyond! Anthony was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole process of my recall and warranty fixes. He even had my car washed and detailed for me and surprised me when I got there. Dealing with Anthony was a delight and turned my opinion completely around from my negative experiences of years past. I will be back in the future because of the awesome experience he provided. Ferman should be grateful to have an employee like Anthony.

They really do a great job.. Really impressed, they were prompt, provided regular status updates, comfortable and waiting area, professional and courteous staff. Really pleasantly surprised and impressed with the service dept.

Brian Guest is the Best Our Jeep Grand Cherokee has been a very reliable vehicle but Brian Guest is even more so! We have found Brian to be highly professional and responsive to customer concerns.
