Thank you, Ferman! Great job! This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from this dealership. I’ve had nothing but a great experience in both cases. From the time we arrived to the time we drove off in our newly purchased vehicle was a very pleasant experience and a fair deal. We will happily come back again.

Service vs Sales Service people are very helpful and polite. But, I would never buy another vehicle from Ferman, sales person wasn't too bad, but management "sucked" We waited almost six hours for the paperwork to be done, from before 3PM to almost 9 PM. I mentioned to the sales manager that we could use something to eat and he ignored us, just said they were short handed and we would have to wait. If we had to do it again we'd walk out and Ferman could have kept their 50,000 dollar van.

Great Service Manager I wanted to take a minute and review my experience with the Service Manager Anthony. My wife and I purchased a 2018 Grand Cherokee last summer that was having an issue we believed should be covered under the warranty. We were hearing a creaking noise in the under carriage frequently. Battery completely dead. Car hauled in. My Dodge Caravan died. Car was brought to the service center by AAA Service. I received excellent service from Brian Quest that prepared work order and vehicle was taken for repairs very quickly.

went for regular maintenance Staff was friendly and nice and service was done quickly. I haven't waited at the dealership for car to be done although they have a nice waiting area for customers. William called me as soon as my car was ready.

Great Dealership The service department is outstanding. Individuals like Brian Guest are quick to understand what is needed and to make sure it happens. The friendliness of everyone at Ferman has been a welcome change to many businesses. Mr. Cooper the service manager runs a great shop and my experience is they get it done right the first time. I drive 40 miles each way to have them service my SRT challenger.

Excellent Brian always goes the extra mile to please. He is the best service writer that we have ever had anywhere. We just love his level of professionalism and his personal touch! This is my daughters first new vehicle and she/we trust Brian to take care of her needs. It can be a very challenging experience for a young lady to have her vehicle serviced by herself, but with Brian we do not have any concerns! We just love Brian!

Custmer Experience at Wesley Chapel Ferman Dealership I had two experiences in one week; one with new car sales and the other with the used car sales force.Both experiences were very positive unlike a previous dealership that I had been to.
