Six Month Service I just had my 6 month service on my Jeep. Service was preformed as promised and on time. The staff was friendly as always. My only problem was that the coupons that I purchased with my Jeep expired before they could be used.

Excellent experience The best part was the decision Ferman Management has made about financing. Their financial guys are not on commission so they can get the best deal for the customer not what pays them the highest commission. There is no need to shop at any other dealership.

Car buying We bought a used car with Derrick (excellent salesperson) my only minor beef was we had to wait awhile to get to the finance person to finish the sale. They were good about explaining some computer glitch but the wait was annoying
