Hassle free David Cooper was great to work with. After I informed him of all the options I wanted. He printed out a detailed price explaining everything. I appreciated the fact he did not play the running back an forth game with negotiating the price like salesman I have delt with in the past. The only thing I was disappointed in in was the trade in value of my car. Within the 5 week period of waiting for my car to be delivered. The value of my car was decreased by $600.

Awesome service Our guy was great.set us up eith maintenance plan and very helpful and thorough...i bought a jeep from y'all 10 years ago and also brought my Denali there and by far this was the best service I have received there by far. Shorter , chunky, white guy,young, 2 desk over by the lady. GREAT SERVICE!! Can't remember his name

Great buying experience I initially came in looking at trucks. Asked Bobby all week different questions about it. Got fast responses every time. He even took the time to take me to the other lot so I could take some measurements after my initial visit. My wife and I went a different direction and came back to Bobby to look at new 2018 wranglers. He showed us the specific ones we wanted and we bought one that day. Really easy and low pressure experience during each visit.

Sales I've now purchased two vehicles from Ferman. While the sales process is relatively painless, it would be even more so if the finance department took the first no for an answer on extended warranties. I get it, the dealer is trying to increase profit, but these things are terribly overpriced.
