I have been going to Ferman Chrysler for over 5 years and have always have great customer service. Kevin who helped my son and I was exceptional and the Finance Boss Man was smooth and really took the time to explain and to get me a great rate.

I was very pleased that Mr. Cooper listened to my description of the strange behavior I was experiencing with the air conditioning system in my one month old '22 Dodge Challenger purchased from Ferman Dodge, and his staff fixed the issue by replacing a malfunctioning humidity sensor.
