I was hesitant about using a dealer service center as I have had bad experiences in the past. A mechanic recommended a dealer due to not having the proper system to evaluate electrical problems. Ferman found a small fuse blown and replaced it in no time charging me an honest fee. I will be doing more business with them as this experience changed my mind on Dealer Service Centers.
