Very good experience once a deal was agreed upon. I was able to get in and out as requested in less than one half hour due primarily to the fact that most of the paperwork had been completed and only needed signature.

This is the third vehicle my family has purchased from Ferman RAM in Lutz. Each visit has been pleasant, and the staff is wonderful. Our salesman was Gheorghe D., and he was great to work with. He was knowledgeable on the product (RAM 1500 Bighorn), and he had a genuine concern to make sure we got the right vehicle. We have no complaints on the price, we love the truck, but the best part of the experience was working with Gheorghe.

This visit was fine, but still unhappy about service prior, where due to its delay on repairs, bungled up my warranty and did not seem to care.

We just move to this area and I needs and oil change and to take care of a recall. I went to Ferman’s it was a great experience. Charles Henry was friendly and professional. I decided to wait for my vehicle and the waiting area was comfortable and clean.
