My first exposure to Ferman CDJR was a new 2013 Wrangler purchase. Sales was quick no hassle thanks to Mike Patrakis, definitely a 5 star gentleman. Service has always been friendly and courteous at every visit, 5 star also. (I AM a satisfied customer, NOT a paid spokesperson!)
