Jason Croucher is an exceptional salesman. I will be the first to say that I hate buying cars because of the back and forth, the all day affair, and the pressure. He was never once like that. He knew my vehicle inside and out and worked with me to get the bottom line where I needed it to be to take it home the same day. He was both personable and professional and I would recommend him to anyone seeking to purchase a vehicle.

We were ahead of scheduled drop off but were greeted nicely and worked into rotation. Since we we had another vehicle we just left the truck and went about our shopping. I was told the truck would be done by the time I came back and it was.The personnel handled everything graciously and professionally and were on our way. GOOD JOB!

Super duper service on my truck and I wouldn’t go anywhere else -my family buys and service their vehicles at this Ferman location because of the service department.
