RecommendedFerman Ford has been exemplary. Their customer service has been second to none. This is not a solicited review nor from an employee or friend. I had issues getting minor problems fixed even with the most comprehensive warranty a person could buy. I can only assume the two other dealerships I took my car to either dropped the ball entirely or didn’t want to do repairs for the money paid by warranty service versus the premium rate paid by a customer. RecommendedMy Service Advisor Talon was exceptional. He is very customer service oriented with constant communication. He made a wrong a right in this particular situation based off of prior work that was not completed on my F350.
