Sold me a vehicle with an exhaust leak that was supposed to be CPO. Crickets from dealership. No help what so ever. Do not recommend. Should never have been delivered with the exhaust leak

Bought a Fusion that was a year old from them. The car was a lemon. They wouldn’t do anything about it. We had to take it in at least 15 times. They never could get it fixed. William and Olta were always nice because they knew what we had been through with this car. I’m so glad to be rid of the car, but I won’t be buying from them again.

AVOID the COLLISION repair shop at all costs!! I used them based on a recommendation from BMW. What started out as a good experience ended badly! As soon as they got the insurance money and returned the car to me things went south. The repair was conducted in record time - much shorter time frame than what State Farm approved but I suspect they got the full $$$ regardless. My experience with furman ford I thought started off to be good but I learned the hard way. My name is jd Davis I purchased a 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ from them on December 5th 2022.
