let us start at the beginning. fifteen months ago I bought a Ford Explorer from you folks. I had a very hard time getting a appointment set up for my first oil change. after finally getting that done thur Cameron Rolon. at that time he gave me his card and said when I need my next service to call him and it would be handled. when I needed my next check up I called,. got his voice mail. I had my car towed in there 6/1/22 it stopped in traffic on Keene Road. i was advised by email that it had engine failure no details. i tried reaching out to you and your service department does not return calls. But your sales department does. I called and asked to have my car put back together so I can have it towed out of there to another place I was told it would be put back together and you did not I am very unhappy.

Although Ferman Ford has great people working for them, I feel ripped off. I went there with my 2000 Ford F150, because of an oil leak. They told me the issue with it and that they would fix it for $1100. I got my truck back, only to have it leaking oil faster then it was before. I called multiple times, texted the number they gave me, while they worked on it the first time, with no answer. I posted on a Friend of mines Facebook post about my experience at Ferman. Between not understanding how PCO/ECOs work and the finance guy playing games I can't ever imagine buying from Ferman Ford again. PDI on a new ~$90k vehicle was done incorrectly.. or maybe not really done at all with all tires being underinflated - some dangerously so. I've had great luck with other Ferman dealerships so I'm not sure if it's a "COVID" thing or if Ferman Ford just really needs to have their entire management staff replaced to get back to how the other Ferman dealers handle customer service.

I bought a used car. No complaints with the car but felt very rushed & questions not clearly answered. My worst experience was with the financing dept. Paperwork was already printed up & was just told where to sign without time for questions. Also, I was sold a warranty plan that now I get it home & start reading the small print I find Ford Motor Company rese ves the right to change program policy without incurring obligation.

the service was great but very upset with when they took my truck to fill with gas they took all the rubber mats out had a bag of papers and it was all over the back to me that was stealing I had already bought the truck and then my salesmen went back and asked what happened to the mats and they said they weren't there that's a lie someone stoled them my husband and I feel that this was so wrong

Worse than most of the sleazy scumbag car dealerships out there. They had a truck advertised on their website which they said they had available and had agreed to sell to me when it arrived. They had it listed for $5,000 over sticker price which I agreed to. A week later the sales manager calls and says hey we can go ahead and do the paperwork on this truck it should be here shortly. - Great !
