So I walked into ferman ford as a single mother with 3 jobs and was looking for just a nice reliable truck . I drove my Ford expedition in with only a/c problem and want to trade in for a reliable truck and they sold me a 2013 Chevy Silverado that broke down within 2 weeks of purchase they kept the truck for 3 week before returning it back to me all for the vehicle to continue to keep breaking down and they just kept putting a bandaid on the problem until now we still have a problem and no one has contact me with this matter... read more

I traded my Ford expedition and the sold me a 2013 Chevy truck will all kinds of problems from day one from oil leaks to radiator problems to AC problems to motor problems oil pressure light problems engine light problems you pretty much name it rust problems yet because I'm a woman they refuse to correct the situation of my truck they just keep blowing me off and blaming everyone but this company Ford that sold me would not ever buy anything off this lot

I never write bad reviews but I am so disappointed in this company! My husband and I have be here for about a year now. Our last experience with them was by far the worst and forced us to take our broken car back and no longer do business with them again. We took or Ford Edge in this week because of some grinding sounds coming from the front brakes. They fixed the problem right way by bending a plate on our caliper. any thing. I requested a quote. I sent the salesperson the information needed ro quote me. I also, sent the salesperson 2 pricing information from a different ford person to see if you can quote me. And I get look at my inventory and I'll give you the best pricing. really?? lazy salesperson and I would never recommend to do business with this dealership. the salesperson didn't even seem like he wanted ro be bothered.
Went there last Sunday 5-20-2018, in the pouring down rain to trade in my daughters Toyota, and get a Ford Edge, and to get the 25.00 gift card they offered. Drove from Brandon passing 30 plus other dealers, to be met in the parking lot by a salesperson. Told him what we were looking for, he showed us 2 different Ford Edges, one being a 2016, and one being a 2017, test drove the 2017, my daughter liked that one, but we asked for the price on both. I went to purchase a new truck and have my wife's car serviced. After dealing with Jeff and the poor service depatment I decided to make the smart choice and buy somewhere else. Jeff will lie to you just to get you off the phone. This company doesn't deserve more of my time. Just stay away, stay far away.
RecommendedI would NEVER RECOMMEND Fernan Ford to anyone, especially their BODYSHOP. I WILL NEVER GET ANY SERVICE THERE AGAIN.
