Was looking for a new diesel truck. I have bought my last 3 vehicles from Dimmitt Chevrolet. Dimmitt did not have anything on their lot and they would not go out of their way to assist me in finding what I wanted. I went to Dimmitt 2 separate times. Sunday afternoon and Monday evening. No attempt to save a sale was made. All they would do is point out their inventory. There was 3 diesels on the lot and I looked at both of them. Not what I wanted. Called Tuesday to bring our Focus in for 2 recalls, an oil change, and to repair the driver's side window. The gentleman who got me scheduled for Thursday double checked everything was noted for the service call and set me up, telling me that someone would greet me and get me to the tech. I get there, get sent to different tech. I end up getting a call saying that one of the recalls couldn't be finished because my driver's side window is broken and was I aware of it???? I sat for 2.5 hours for a simple service! Then was told the $10 discount was no longer in effect! I get home & check - well it is good - he did not bother to check! Never will go back!!

Your service depth sucks. Your focus sucks. Two times we've had it in for transmission trouble. I was told in writing to Google ford customer service. Been waiting over two months for parts. Time for lawyers, I guess
