I get a better price for maintaining my car
The worst dealership to deal with... tried to get my 2018 mustang in for service and I played phone tag with service to get it scheduled for about 2 weeks. Finally speak with someone and I'm told to bring it down and they will fit it in between other vehicles and when I get there they have no record of me calling and won't take my car. The tech said he would get me scheduled next week . I'm a nurse and work sometimes 6 days a week n it could not wait another week so I call to speak with a manager and no such luck either gene... read more

Bought a 2013 Ford Explorer limited was missing the door speaker on the driver side toe rods had a recall on them they said they had technicians fix the recall was driving down 98 and the car was swaying so bad that the car detected trailer sway I got the rear toe rods were left loose did the alignment on the car in Lakeland they came loose again 2 months later called them they didn’t fix the issue.. then check engine light came on at 115k exhaust system issue I put a new exhaust system in it then at 128k the engine blew up ... read more

Recently bought a 2012 Toyota Tacoma used from Ferman Ford. I live 1 hrs away, I drove all that way for a reasonably desirable truck. The experience talking with the associates was good. They gave me a decent offer for my trade, which was nice of them. But there was some apparent issues with the truck that I brought to the attention of the salesman and the sales manager (they said they couldn't do anything).
