my car has been there for over a month, I never received any call backs I was chasing information the whole time nothing happened as promised
The collision center took an excessive amount of time to repair my car that was drivable and only moderately damaged. It took over two months to get my car repaired, it was absolutely ridiculous.
I buy a truck in October 10- 2022 the day after I take it back with transmission issues, 7 weeks later was returned to me in a worse condition, I been trying to ex-change units since the second day and 10 weeks later I still with out the truck, it’s back in the shop and will be maybe till next February and here I am making payments on the truck and insurance, with out having the car, I get a loner the first time, now a rental but to get something that will cover my needs I have to pay and extra $10 a day on the rental, on to... read more
The vehicle that I purchased was exactly what I was looking for. The salesperson was okay. Really didn't facilitate a whole lot to be honest. Then it went down hill from there. The wait to get into finance was ridicously long despite an all but empty show room. All the sales people with the exception of one were sitting and standing around doing a whole lot of nothing. I had my truck dropped off and was assigned service advisor Matt or used car guy Matt I’m not sure the title. Ferman received my vehicle early morning and went all day with no update or call with what was causing a coolant leak. An hour before they close I decide to try and get ahold of Matt with no answer after I called 3 times. He went home for the day without calling me about my vehicle that was there for 8+ hours and was going to keep my vehicle over night without telling me. No recommendations for ferman definitely had Problem with the collision center and these items still remain unsolved
My 2015 F-150 had a large cloud of white smoke coming from the exhaust when it was started after sitting unused for more than a day. I took it to Ferman Ford, 24825 US Hwy 19 N, Clearwater FL 33763, August 31, 2022 for service. My adviser was Jeff Vuncannon. He called the next day and I sent him a video of the smoke cloud and described the issue. Recommendedwe do not recommend ferman. we bought a pre-owned explorer with only 1 key remote and requested a new one. they said no problem, got home and the one they gave us was taped and broken. I called them and they are ignoring me. we also found the windshield moldings broke and they so no to all. it had a blue advantage inspection done on it which should of caught the moldings around the windshield. very bad customer service after we bought the vehicle
