First of all Leo the sales guy was AMAZING! Knowledgeable, courteous, attentive… loved him. We drove an hour to the dealership as we were looking for a 4x4 Explorer, hybrid with tow package. We called to ask if any were available and they said yes, two of them. We drove there and test drove one. So I recently had an oil change that went fine. Then about a week or so later I noticed a weird noise that would happen. So made an appointment to go back to see if they could figure it out. Dropped the car off and get an email saying they couldn't hear a noise but I need a new tire. So I call and the guy says there is a nail in my tire and it needs to be replaced. I bought a transit van in May with the promise of having the gas cover door assembly replaced due to the fact that the door itself and some other components were missing. It is November and after getting in touch with the service department at least once a month since then I still have not received the part. The best part about Ferman Ford is Cameron. He gives the best customer service. However, Ferman's Labor and part costs are the highest in Pinellas county. Ford was not willing to price match with my written and signed quote. I saved $1,200 going to a local 4.7 star rated mechanic shop. The work performed at a small family owned was professional, reliable, fast, lowest cost out of 3 proposals, and guaranteed in writing.
