I brought my car from them in Dec 2015 and purchased the Tire Road Hazard Warranty, so needless to say, tire issues I need to go to them. A month ago, I had a low tire, the pressure light came one, and I needed a oil change, so I took it in. They said my pressure was low, must be the cold air and changed my oil and sent me on my way. I will let you know when I get my car back how I feel about Ferman Mazda. The Loner that y'all gave me was really nice it was nice and clean but y'all could have put some gas in it considering that's the first thing I had to do it was either that or run out.
After speaking to 2 sales people for their Internet sales, I never received a call back in reference to an estimate on my trade. They obviously they don't want to sell cars and when they say they will call you back, the sales people leave for the day and never call back. Very poor service so don't waste your time!
I'm the owner of a 2010 Madza 3 I S. My car had a recall on the dash, so me an my husband stopped in on a Saturday about the recall. We made an appointment for Wednesday morning at 8:00 A.M. We was told onSaturday when we made the appointment it would take 3 to 4 hours, so my husband didn't want me to wait all that time at the dealership so he took a day off them work . I wish I never bought a car from this place!!! Had vehicle less than 3 weeks and battery died, air filter so nasty had to be replaced and I had to pay out of pocket for all.
