This place is a well oiled machine. I purchased a cx5 in 2021 and I'm very happy with the car. Every time I come to the dealership for anything I wind up with $1000 plus bill. This is on a car that's barely 3 years old and has only 38,000 miles on it. The last time I was told I needed three tires, two different filters and a belt tensioner for a grand total of $1400. I know nothing about cars, but after looking on Google, I found that a belt tensioner in a CX5 2021 should last for the lifetime of the car. I quickly went to... read more

I struggled with whether or not to write this post and review. But, the more I thought of it...the more I believe I should share my story. I am disappointed with Ferman Mazda Brandon beyond measure. On November 8th, 2019 I purchased a 2019 CX-5. I received a good value on my 2016 Cx-5 as a trade-in. I put $10k in cash down on the car. I financed the rest .Due to the way the transaction was arranged I was due a refund of almost $6,000.00 back. It took 4 months and 5 days for me to get the money. Every time I’ve been here with the exception of maybe 2 oil changes has been a headache. I bought my car New in December 17. Shortly after I noticed my car was infested with dead bull ants. Under the mats, in the center console, in the cigarette lighter / charger port (to the point it was non-working) and inside the dome lights. They need better customer service agents in this location. Jenny Cunningham is completely rude and obviously doesn't care about her job or clients. She was smug in my response to how displeased I was with the service I had done to my vehicle. I wouldn't go back if you paid me! Complete waste of my time.

I took my car to Ferman Mazda Brandon,Fl in November because it was running so hard. they did a recall where they emptied all my personal belonging all over my car and they changed my brakes and repaired the axle on passenger side. I picked my car up and it was dirty and still running the same. I complained and they told me to bring my car back. took it back they changed the spark plug the Manger then told me my car is running perfect. my car was still running terrible but I thought ok they said it was fine. my car got worse... read more
