Very helpful and courteous. Finished the service in a timely manner. They also gave me helpful hints on how to update my other Volvo that was not at the service department.

I arrived early to my appointment, they accommodated me. The customer service was professional and service was great. I sat in the waiting area which hot and cold beverages were available and fresh donuts. It was a clean space with ample seating for clients to wait for their vehicle to be serviced.

Overall decent experience but their price advertising is deceptive. The price in bold print is the price ONLY if you qualify for certain incentives. Transparency and honesty would be advertising the price without incentives, and offer further savings if qualified. Their “dealer fees” are too high at $1200. Guess we’ve all come to expect that from car dealers. Salesman and others were very nice and helpful.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Josh in sales was excellent, listened to my wants and needs and didn’t waste my time, I was in and out in 1.5 hours, including a test drive. General manager approved a very fair trade in deal and finance was fast and efficient.
